What you should know about your apartment in the mountains.
As an international winter sports resort, Obergurgl is home to a wide range of shops and other amenities. Various shops (supermarkets, newsagents, etc.), bus stops are just a short stroll away from your serviced Gletscherblick apartment, which is in a central location.
Cancellation conditions for the 2024/25 winter season
(1) Up to 60 days before the agreed date of arrival of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled by either contracting party by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee.
(2) In the event of cancellation between 59 days and 7 days before the agreed date of arrival, a cancellation fee of 70% of the agreed arrangement price shall be payable.
(3) In the event of cancellation from 6 days before the agreed date of arrival or non-arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price is payable.
A binding accommodation contract is only created by a written confirmation of the booking by the Hotel Edelweiss & Gurgl! Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed in writing.
EXCEPTION: 21.12.2024 to 03.01.2025 and 08.02. to 07.03.2025. During this period, rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days before arrival.
We recommend that you always take out travel insurance.

We only charge the cancellation fee if we are unable to re-let the apartment following cancellation.
Once guests have left the apartment at the end of their stay, the entire apartment – including the kitchen and bathroom – is thoroughly cleaned. The end-of-stay cleaning fee is EUR 127.
